I'm thinking a little of a D7000, using a D70 now :p
Do you like that camera, what objectives are you using with it? Even thou i've read experts saying it's a good camera i'm not sure (alot of money, but if others are satisfied and i'll test it and like it, then maybe :p )

This is my first DSLR and I am pretty new to photography (less than a year), so I don't have anything to compare the camera to, nor do I have any expectations as to what it should/shouldn't be capable of. So, unfortunately I don't think I can be of much help. :(

I'm on my first year of photographing "seriously" (still a hobby, but went from once a year to a little bit more often, and trying to learn the camera and so on) too. I think i'll search on then, and i'll see if i get the one. As i said before, it's a lot of money, especially when you're studying :p
